Autoresponder email does not have data from form

I am having two different issues and I am not sure that they are related.

The autoresponder email does not contain the data submitted in the form. The form fields in the email do not have the same name as the fields in the dropdown box. I've noticed this happening on other forms. I thought that the emails updated when the form was updated. I have it enabled to update the email when the form is updated.

I cannot preview or access the actual form when I am signed into my agency's VPN. The HTTPS:// is stripped from the URL and I get a message that the site is not available. This is happening to some of my co-workers but not all. I know that it is probably a security issue on the part of my employer. Have you heard of a similar issue before?

I am setting up a new autoresponder email for the form, but will leave the old one if you want to see it.

    Hello!

    - The autoresponder email does not contain the data submitted in the form. The form fields in the email do not have the same name as the fields in the dropdown box. I've noticed this happening on other forms. I thought that the emails updated when the form was updated. I have it enabled to update the email when the form is updated.

Talking specifically about your form https://form.jotform.com/210033760697152 , I noticed that there are 4 autoresponders and none of these match with the autoresponder screenshot you pasted. Can you please specify the autoresponder name with which you faced these issues?

Also, let us know which fields aren't showing up for this autoresponder.

Maybe this issue is related to your VPN caching. Kindly turn off the VPN and test again as the form fields should show up in the form fields section of autoresponder email content.
