Confirmation Email Not Working - Notification Emails DO Work

    Hi,

    I had a post about this with the same title, but for some reason it's not longer available.

    I have whitelisted the IP addresses and email lists but still do not receive confirmation emails. Can you please help me figure this out, as it's causing issues with my users.

    I read the response you guys left me last, and it stated that I needed to work through the Whitelisting and also make adjustments to be able to see that those notifications had gone out.

    I went through your tutorial on how to see confirmation emails, and honestly it's not a straightforward process. I wasn't able to verify that the mail was going out by following the tutorial.
