How can assign a PDF Form to somebody else to edit it? Usually in the upper right corner is a button for that.

    Greetings.

Can you please clarify your problem? Unfortunately, it is not possible to assign PDF Forms to other users. You can only create PDF forms and download them, and then you need to manually send them.

If you are referring to PDF Documents, do you wish to send them to others once the form is submitted? You can create a Notification for this, and attach PDF Document to it. Then, using conditional logic, you can set the recipient of the Notification:

    Hi,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

Unfortunately collaborating is not available for PDF forms. The collaboration option is only available for online forms, which is why the button is not visible in the PDF Form Editor.

If you have any further questions, please let us know and we are happy to help.

    Best Regards,
