Site unavailable

    For the past week or so we have had several issues with the site being down. The end users are receiving "Temporarily Back-end Unavailable" several times a week. We are using this site for several front-line COVID vaccination operations and the unreliability and inconsistency is really hampering our workflow. Is this just on the HIPPA compliant sites? Is this an issue that will be permanently resolved soon?

    Thank you for reaching out to Jotform support. We recently received questions from multiple HIPPA compliant form users regarding "Temporarily Back-end Unavailable" issues. We have had few server side issues and our backend engineers looked into the issues. We are sorry for the inconvenience which may have caused. We will try our best to stabilize our services, however if you experienced similar issues again, please report us on the issues, so that our developers will be able to check and put the system back online.
