PHIPA requirements in Ontario

considering the silver upgrade but form use would be localized in Southwestern Ontario and subject to the PHIPA. Do you have a whitepaper like this ? Or you must have customers in Toronto, no? Can you confirm compliance? Thanks!

We are certified HIPAA-compliant, but we currently do not hold an official certification for being PHIPA compliant. The requirements are similar for both, but you should seek more knowledgeable advice and decide whether HIPAA compliance will be enough for your organization.
