Is there a way to cap the number of form submissions?

Asked by bsalsig on November 07, 2013 at 06:52 PM

I am working with a non-profit that partners with the Sheriff's Office to deliver food and presents to families in need during the holiday season.  We only have enough supplies for 400 or so families.  I was wondering if there was a way to stop submission after we have recieved 400 forms?  Or a way to email us that we are near that limit?

Hello Brian. Thank your for posting your inquiry on the forum.

Yes, there is a way to limit a specific form to 400 submissions.

Please go to  "Setup & Embed" Tab > "Preferences" button > "Form Limits" Tab

Under "Submission Limit" type your maximum value of submissions. You may also set an Expiration date if you wish to disable the form after it reaches this date.
