Blank page when I try to edit my form

    Hello! I am trying to edit a live form and cannot access the edit page or settings pages. I have tried 2 different browsers and clearing the cache. No luck! Thanks for your help.

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. We do apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    I have checked your account and it seems that everything is currently in good standing. I tested your form on my end and it does seem to be working and the form builder also seems to be fine.

    Is it possible that the issue is being caused by your internet connection?

    I would suggest that you try accessing the form and the form builder on a different device that is connected to a different network connection. Please let us know if this solves the issue.

    Also, I did clear your form caches from our end to see if that will help with the problem.
