Why is my account suspended?

    My account is suspended and I need the feedback from the clients I just sent a survey to. I need my account unlocked.

    Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.

    It seems that our system suspended your account by mistake. I inspected your forms and they are not violating our Terms of Use, so I reactivated your account.

    You should be able to log in now.
