Payment Integration with Square

    Hello, I set up a Jot Form where we require a payment and I integrated our Square platform. We just got a submission, but I don't see it reflected in Square yet. Is there anything special I need to do to receive the payment, or does it automatically go through and what is the timing for it?

    Hi there - Are you working on this form?

    I see there are a submission and payment sent by a customer named Kim and it was a success. Perhaps there was just a delay in Square's end. Please try logging out of your square account and log in again to troubleshoot. In case it's still not there, I'd suggest reaching out to Square Support to check it further.
