Skip Credit Card Payment

Hi! I have created a camp registration form. Our campers have the option to pay with check/cash, or pay with a credit card. I want them to be able to submit the form without having to put in their credit card information.

I have setup conditional logic where the credit card page is skipped if they select "check/cash" under choose a payment method. I also setup for that page to be disabled if check/cash was selected.

When I tried filling out the form myself and submitting it, I got an error message saying that my form could not be submitted because my credit card could not be charged.

    How can I fix this?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

Have you looked into creating a Purchase Order form and directing those who do not wish to pay with credit card to this form?

Have you made the credit card part of your form required? Regardless of how they'd like to pay, if this field is required, the form will not be able to be submitted unless the credit card details are filled out. If the field is required, please un-require it to accommodate these kinds of transactions; however, please note that this will allow other respondents to skip the field as well.

    Thank you!
