Customers are unable to use the Checkbox in Dropdown widget

    Now customers are unable to use any drop down menus located in the form. Is this connected to previous concerns? Thanks

    You are using our Checkbox in Dropdown widget. I can see the widget and it's working when selecting an option.

    Were you able to replicate the problem? If yes, kindly check your browser console to see if there are errors. The following guide will help you open the console logs of your browser(s):

    If you can't replicate it, try asking your users to check. Hopefully, they'll be able to navigate. We need to know if it's blocked or simply an error that needs escalating.

    I've also cleared your form caches, and hopefully, that helps.

    this what one user sent me, with the fields no coming up and date kerning on a second line. I will continue to monitor. Must be browser related. Thank you for the quick response.

    It says "can't reach" in your screenshot so the widget URL inside its iframe didn't load, it could be a browser or temporary connectivity tissue on the user's side. You could simply ask the user to reload the form or try it with another browser. It might help.
