Hello,
I received an email that our upload space is over capacity. Can you please clarify what that means? I'm trying to decide whether we need to upgrade or not.

This happens due to the file uploads you're collecting on your forms, there is a limit on the available space for uploads on each plan, you may also refer to this guide for more details about the different limits your account has: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-understanding-your-account-usage-and-limits
Also, you can free up the space by deleting those submissions where you received uploads, note that you can also download the submissions data and files prior deleting them from your account in order to avoid losing the data, the following guides will help you to do so:

If you want to keep your data on your account you would need to upgrade.
