How can I accept payments on the form I already created?

i want to start my own catering and single plate business and i created my menu on using jotforms but cant figure out how to collect payments and i need this settled no later then march 1st thank you guys !

You have to complete your Paypal integration to start collecting payments. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/737-How-to-integrate-PayPal-Business-with-JotForm

In your payment field, you should be able to see the Connect button when you do the following.

1. Click the payment field then the wand icon to open the payment settings

2. Click the cog icon on the top of the payment settings window.

3. Select Live Mode then click the Connect button to connect it with your Paypal business account. That's it!

It’s not working , i do not want to use paypal just regular debit or credit

It will only work if you connect your Paypal business account.

Anyway, if you want users to pay directly through debit or credit card, it's still possible with your current Paypal payment tool then just disable the Paypal option in the payment settings so users will only have to see the credit/debit card payment method. But it is still the payment gateway you use that will process the entered credit/debit card e.g. Paypal.

Here's how to disable the Paypal option in the Paypal payment field within its payment settings.

You can also use Stripe, Square, Authorize.net, and other payment integrations available. You can only collect payments when you integrate your form with any of these payment gateways, otherwise, use the Purchase Order tool if you don't want to use a payment gateway.

Unfortunately, those are their requirements when you signup for their business account and I'm afraid there's nothing we can do about that. How about you try other payment integrations like Stripe or Square? These also offer payments through credit/debit cards which users can enter directly in your form.
