    How do I make a configurable list prepopulate with different, static courses in the 1st column?

    I want a config list that appear something like this where the courses are already prepopulated with my selection:

    Course Grade Pass/Fail

    Econ 1 {selection} {selection}

    Math 2 {selection} {selection}

    English 1 {selection} {selection}

    Thank you for contacting us. The Configurable List widget does not have the option to configure different static texts.

    There is a workaround with CSS that you might want to try, which will only show different text to the user, example: https://www.jotform.com/help/428-how-to-inject-css-codes-to-widgets

    .col1 {
    margin: 3px 0;
    min-width: 150px;
    }
    tr+tr+tr >:first-child {
    visibility: hidden;
    }
    tr+tr+tr >:first-child :after {
    visibility: visible;
    content: "Option1";
    float: left;
    }
    tr+tr+tr+tr >:first-child :after {
    visibility: visible;
    content: "Option2";
    float: left;
    }
    tr+tr+tr+tr+tr >:first-child :after {
    visibility: visible;
    content: "Option3";
    float: left;
    }

    Note:

    • This will not be included in the actual results, the same static text will show for all rows.
    • You will need to limit the rows according to the option that have in your CSS code. In my example, it is up to 4 rows:

    Probably, a better option that you may consider is using the Input Table field, which allows you to set up different column-field types.

    You can find both examples in my demo form.
