HIPAA: 504 Error when trying to submit

    Hi, we have been continually have an issue where our applicants/patients are repeatedly reporting the 504 error, which appears to be a timeout error when connecting to your server. Our forms are embedded in our website (link). The website is built in WordPress and hosted with GoDaddy. We have attached a picture of the error that we got ourselves and believe this is the same error our patients and applicants have received. We really need the issue to be addressed, please let us know if there is something we can do from our side?

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
