Not receiving emails

    Hello,

    I have set a notification with a pdf to be emailed to me.. it works sometimes and then i receive no email, but if i check the submissions they are there?

    I checked your recipient emails and they are not on the bounce list. Could you please check them again on your end including your spam folder? If you still don't receive emails, I suggest you add JotForm into your mail server's whitelist if in case your mail server is blocking the emails coming from JotForm.     I also checked your email history and I don't see any emails that failed to be delivered. They are all successfully sent by our server to your email addresses so it could be an issue on the receiving end.
