When I receive an email from a form with an attachment, and I click on the attachment in the email, I get a 404 page. Please see the screenshot. This was just working last week.

Please make sure to verify your email address first: I see that you haven't yet verified it.
Once verified, please uncheck the following boxes in your Account Settings: https://support.jotform.com/myaccount/settings
Once unchecked, you should not have issue accessing your form uploads.
