What is Jotform?

JotForm is an online form builder that allows you to create your forms, publish them and collect responses. You may add different elements such as basic fields (text box, text area, drop down, radio button, check box), widgets and integrate your form with third party apps such as Dropbox, Google Drive, SalesForce and others. You may also collect payments through JotForm.
