issues sending forms - 504 error

    I am receiving weird issues sending forms. There so far has been two main disruptions over the last week that are starting to make me feel like the service is not as good as before. What has happened?

    My apologies for the inconvenience caused.

    So far I am able to access your HIPAA Forms. For example


    I think this is also related to the HIPAA form issue recently which was already escalated to our back-end team for further investigation.

    Kindly checking them again on your end, and let us know if the issue persists and We will escalate your ticket to our backend team.

    I am just noticing a lot of issues with the forms over the last few days.
    They are not loading correctly, erroring out and showing this

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
