HIPAA: Temporarily Back-end Unavailable

    Like many of your customers COVID Testing Station relies on your service to ensure that our patients get registered for a test as well as get there results. Lately (last two weeks) we have had the same issue. We continue (everyday) to get a "Back-end unavailable error". This impacts both our customers and here internally in the office. When can we expect a resolution to this issue? If this continues my company may have to look at another solution.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I've checked our HIPAA test account as well as your forms and I was not able to replicate the issue.

    Though it has been reported internally that the issue has already been fixed by our developers. Can you please clear your browser's cache or try with another browser to see if the issue still persists?

    If it does, please let us know so we can forward it to our developer.s
