Deleted submissions but still overlimit.

In the past I was able to delete the submissions and futher submissions would be allowed. Not the upload data stays there and seems to be a monthly cap. I have deleted everything and still maxed out. Can we correct this ?

It has now been changed, you will need to delete the submissions from the trashed entries as well.

Once cleared your trashed entries, please try clearing your form cache. Let us know if that doesn't remove the error from your account.
