I can indeed see the verification email that was sent to you, however, I could not find a JotForm account.
I can also see that you have filled out some of our user's forms.
Can you please confirm if you want to create a JotForm account? Note that if your main intention was to simply fill out one of our user's forms and was already able to submit, then you do not need to create a JotForm account.
