I have cloned your form to test it on my end and I couldn't replicate the issue while submitting the form. Please see the screencast below.
I see you do not have limits for upload fields so the file size shouldn't be a problem also.
I have cleared your form cache, this can solve your problem. Could you please try to submit the form again?
If the issue persists, please let us know so we can investigate the issue further.
