what am i doing wrong. i had everything all working (i thought) but now none of the links are attaching to our paypal account.

I don't understand.....I don't even know which paypal format I'm supposed to use. it should be 1 easy transaction to our paypal account for them to pay the class fee and that's it.

    shouldn't be so complicated.

and is there anyone that will talk to me. does it all have to be done this way.

sorry, just very frustrated. i know how to use the computer. maybe not as good as you but i should be able to figure this out.

    thank you Marsha

    Hi @marshag8,

We do apologize for the inconvenience.

I checked out your form and everything seems to be in order about your setting, you did everything right. I have cloned your form to test it for payment on my end. For your information, nothing has been changed on your original form.

It seems there is a minor temporary issue with the "Product List" on your form. I have encountered the error page for PayPal on your form as you can see in the screencast below. You can correct it by simply deleting the Product List from your form and adding it again. Please see the steps and screencast below to correct the issue:

    1. Click Payment List on your form and delete it by clicking the trash icon next to it.
    2. Then click the "Add Form Element" button and select the "Product List". Your products will be added with no change as before.
    3. Click the "Add payment gateway" option next to the field and select "PayPal Personal".

After these steps form users will be directed to PayPal log-in page for payment with no issue. Please see the screencast:

If the issue persists even though you applied the steps to your form, please let us know so we can investigate the issue further.

    Thanks for using JotForm.
