PayPal Donation Not Working

Hello, i am trying to add a PayPal donation widget but something is not right...

In my form once you insert the amount you wish to donate, nothing happens.

there is no proceed or checkout button.

can you advise what the issue is?

I cloned and tested your form but could not replicate your problem. I examine your form and your form has too much required fields. If the required fields are left blank, the form will not be sent. Please make sure you fill in all required fields or all required fields make unrequired and try again. Your email field wants to verify. Maybe you forget to verify the email. You can change verify email field to regular email fields.

Paypal widget is the sandbox mode.
