total submission limit has been reached

    Hi,

    Why is my account giving me the below error : WE had upgraded the account for 1 month becoz we had around 600 submission which is completed now. In free subscription 100 submissions are allowed then why is it showing the below error.

    It seems your total submission has reached its limit for the free plan which is 500 submissions per account.

    To remove the error, you would have to upgrade your account.

    When you reach your total submission limit, your forms will still work however, old submissions will be automatically deleted to give way to new submissions.
