Form warning: duplicate submission error page not responsive

When you have unique submissions check enabled, the multiple submission error page doesn't have a viewport meta tag. Thus it's not responsive and displays small on mobile devices.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize that error message.

Let me escalate this as a feature request. We will not be able to provide an ETA but once this feature gets implemented, we will inform you via this ticket.
