How can I create coupon codes that will only work for new customers

I have the place on the form whereby I can add a coupon code, but how can I amend it so that coupon will only work for new customers e.g. by recognising their mobile numbers and email addresses?

However, it is not possible to recognize new users and make the coupon code work for new customers only. Anyone who has the code will be able to apply for the discount.
