Question related to payment submission

    I have a follow up question on that though - the form is going to ask for payment submissions and we expect more than 10 per month. If I upgrade my account and choose one of your packages that will allow more payments per month, I assume that once the form is transferred over to the client, that feature won't exist any more since we aren't expecting them to pay for an upgrade as well.

    What are your suggestions? Can I make the form on my account which will be a paid plan to allow for numerous payments, and add them as a collaborator to be able to receive the responses? Can I choose what email the responses go to or it must be the email on the account? If you don't have any other options for me, we'll just attach a link on the form to route them to our own payment options but we'd like to inculde your credit and paypal features if we can. Let me know what you suggest please!

    Yes, if you upgrade your account, you can get more payment submissions.

    The feature will remain on your account as long as you are on that paid plan.

    You may add their email recipient on the form so that they receive the responses directly on their email: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-how-to-change-the-email-address-used-for-notification-email
