    Hi there,

With regards to your PayPal and stripe integrations, is it possible to pull service/product data from Airtable? Or do all products and services needed to be created manually within jotform?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting support.

The integration with Airtable only allows data from Jotform to be sent to AirTable. You have to manually create your products and services within Jotform. See guide below to know how to create your order form and to know how to integrate your form with Airtable.

    Thanks, Cecile,

With the On2Air widget I can also pull data from Airtable, dynamically, into jot forms.

Just to confirm. Is there no way and no workaround to:

    A. Pass field values collected in a jot form (like product name, qty, price, email) to paypal or stripe using those integrations, and then redirect the user to either of those services to make payment?

    B. Use field values collected in a jot form (like product name, qty, price, email) to enable a payment using paypal or stripe from within the same jot form?

Having to setup products within jot form is a deal breaker. I need to use product data from my airtable as described above. If I can do that, I will signup for a paid account.

    Thanks.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to use product data form your Airtable integration.

The data flow as follows, JotForm products to PayPal to Airtable

    Hope this information helps.
