HIPAA: temporarily back-end unavailable

    We keep getting an error, "temporarily back-end unavailable" anytime we submit forms. We have also been getting errors with selecting picture to submit the form. This is causing major delays and issues for us.

    We recently had an issue with our HIPAA servers, but our developers already resolved it.

    Let me escalate this issue again since you are still getting the same error. Once there is an update, we will inform you via this ticket.

    Is there also a way to disable the picture clicking to submit a form? That seems to be an issue also. So I have two issues going on.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our team doesn't expect that kind of traffic on short notice. Our DevOps team has been taking all necessary precautions to prevent Jotform from downtimes. Sorry for the inconvenience.
