Is there also a way to disable the picture clicking to submit a form? That seems to be an issue also. So I have two issues going on.

To clarify, when you submit the form you receive a picture image before you can process to submit?

May we know if you're referring to a re-captcha?

May we know if this issue is happening to all your forms?

If possible, kindly share a screenshot of the issue?

To post a screenshot, you can follow this guide: -How-to-add-screenshots-images-to-questions-to-the-support-forum

Can you please try opening submitting your form in another ISP connection?

    Looking forward for your response.

    Hi Richie,

Yes, I'm referring to a re-captcha. Sometimes it requires us to submit it multiple times and we never receive our "Thank you" page. Can we disable the re-captcha?

We cannot submit our form in another ISP connection since we are a hospital.

Hello! I've forwarded your request to the Backend team to remove reCaptcha check on your forms. We'll get back to you soon with an update.

    Thank you!
