HIPAA Forms not able to be submitted - receiving error 504

    Folks keep getting an error, anytime they try to submit a registration form. This is causing major delays and issues for us. I have disabled the form and will reopen it at 11am because it seems your systems go down everyday in the morning.

    Is this issue going to be addressed on a bigger scale than just a 'we've sent the issue to developers'? Each day we run into this issue and have 1,000s of frustrated citizens call and email us and we can't fix their issue until you fix the forms issue. We utilize your services for COVID vaccine registration which is very important so when the system consistently fails, it causes alarm and frustration

    Yes, they see 504 error. I do not have a screenshot

    The same issue has been reported already to our developers and is currently being investigated.

    I am also attaching a bug ticket on this one and we'll let you know as soon as it gets fixed.

    I apologize for the inconvenience.

    JotFrom's HIPAA environment got high traffic because of the vaccine practice of the COVID-19 pandemic and this caused some forms to be crashed. All necessary precautions have been taken by our DevOps team to prevent Jotform from future downtimes.
