Jot form not recording responses

Hi I have a form published now that has not recorded 3/4 responses to the form. I know that 4 people have submitted because I have the PayPal notification, but only 1 response was recorded in Jot Form. Please let me know what I can do to retrieve that data, and fix this issue.

Is the form embedded on a website?

If so, can you share with us the link so we can check.
