I have tried to add a 'thank you' note to my Christmas Tree order form. When I set it up and go to save I get an endless spinning wheel. I tested the form and did not receive a 'thank you' so I'm not sure what is going on. Also, once the form is filled out it redirects to another 'thank you' page that has LAST year's date on it!! I go live this weekend and I can't fix the problems!! Help!!

Can you please re-check your form Thank You Page? It looks like that the last year message was not removed, you can scroll down the page and it will be there.
Please try to remove it, and then save modified template.
