Square payment not received

    My account is connected to Square. Payment has not been processed.... it has been 2 days now. I asked my client it said it shows pending...... it hasn't reflected on my square account. I don't know what's seems to be the problem?

    Can you please check my Jotform maybe I did something wrong...

    I have checked the provided form, and everything seems to be in other here. There are also no pending charges. Can you please let us know have you received the Notification email for the payment you did not receive?

    Please note that Jotform does not process payments. If the payment is showing as pending on your user's account, please contact Square support, and they will be able to give you more information.
