HIPPA workflow concerns

    Hello!

My account is under “williamwright3@me.com” with “danny@pc911.com” as the backup.

Currently on the silver plan so I have the HIPPA feature available.

Here’s the thing: I use JotForm for my website clients, and I have a few medial clients that would like to use some online forms. Problem is, it’s not HIPPA compliant for ME to see them.

I have tried it with a clinic, but when they get their notification email, all the information is encrypted. What is it that we need to do where I have account control, but they receive all the information?

If the answer is adding additional users to the account, what is the enterprise cost options, and how can I restrict them access to all my other forms that are not related to them??

    PLEASE HELP!

    Greetings.

If you wish to enable HIPAA on your account and allow other non-HIPAA users to collect your information, you can disable PHI for the fields, and you will be able to use them in the Notification and Autoresponder:

You will however still have access to their submissions.

Also, you will need to set a password to all PDF documents in the Autoresponder and Notification emails, if you require the attached PDF.

If you are interested in Enterprise, please use the following page to learn more:
