Hi there!
It looks like there is a glitch with the Configurable list widget field on your form. So to resolve the problem, you can delete that field and add a new one. (copy the settings from the previous field into the new one and you should be good)
I have tested what I suggested above on a clone of your form and it works. ( The data are saved on the new field).

Please understand that if you have already received submissions deleting the field will also delete the related column data on the submissions page.

im sorry, i do not know where i find the "previous field" and where to put it in. can you provide that or a screen shot?

By previous field I am referring to the actual " Configurable list widget" field that's on your form.
So instead of starting from scratch as I suggested you delete the field that's not working... I recommended that you copy and paste the same value including the CSS code from the now old field to the new one (the new configurable list widget you would add to our form).
