Good day to you.
We are having issues loading any form from the domain https://form.jotform.com/ on any of our business networks. The remote personnel can view forms on their personal Internet connection. However, when they sign into CISCO AnyConnect VPN the websites no longer function. It also happens within our building on a DIR connection.
Steps to remedy on our own is:
- opened site via Incognito mode: Failed
- cleared browsers' cache and history: Failed
- open the link in Google Chome, Mozilla Firefox, and Microsoft Edge: Failed
- used a brand new computer that has never navigated to the site before: Failed
- flushed DNS etc. etc. per https://www.jotform.com/answers/682311-DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN-error-shown-when-trying-to-view-forms
- followed steps in DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN – Solution’s Encyclopedia: Failed (https://www.deskdecode.com/dns_probe_finished_nxdomain/) to no avail as well.
Is there any other advice you can give us to regain access to this web app?

Is the VPN connected to a US IP address, for example? Or what is the actual location in your VP.
Please also provide us the IP address that is trying to access, it seems to be related to the antispam system.
