SSL Problem

I sent my form link https://form.jotform.com/210361624523143 to run as a website at https://handrail.app, but I am getting a SSL error. Is there anything I can do?

    Here is the error:

handrail.app normally uses encryption to protect your information. When Brave tried to connect to handrail.app this time, the website sent back unusual and incorrect credentials. This may happen when an attacker is trying to pretend to be handrail.app, or a Wi-Fi sign-in screen has interrupted the connection. Your information is still secure because Brave stopped the connection before any data was exchanged.

You cannot visit handrail.app right now because the website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually temporary, so this page will probably work later.

It seems the issue is with your domain itself: handrail.app. The certificate doesn't match the hostname:

Here's the result when I check the domain on SSLChecker.com:

Jotform certificates are up-to-date at the moment and there should be no problems accessing forms.

We suggest it best to contact you service provider to check and install the certificate properly.
