    Hi,

I am trying to download my tables into excel spreadsheet, but the process is not including the photos from my forms. I don't want to manually ad them and resize to thumbnails, when they are already that way prior to my downloading them. Please explain how I can download it to preserve the integrity of the tables as shown here., and not loose the photos.1613066559 6025713f50172 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 10This is what my downloaded table is in Excel. This is after I have manually added the image that is supposed to be there. but you can see how it is just a link.1613066574 6025714e619a1 Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 21.

    Hello Emily,

Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

Please note that when you download your form submissions into an Excel or CSV file, the uploaded files included in each submission will be replaced by the "download link". That is why you are seeing the link in your spreadsheet instead of the thumbnail you see on the Tables page.

Unfortunately, there is no way to change this. The thumbnail appears on the Tables page because we are able to serve the image from our databases directly to your account. However, once the submissions are downloaded, all we can do is send the download link and the actual image can no longer be served into your Excel or CSV files.

Here is a quick screen capture to demonstrate this from a sample form of mine:

As you can see, the download link is sent to my excel file and not the image itself. Also, my Excel subscription is expired which is why the links appear as normal text on my end.
