How do I clear my upload space?

    I have deleted all submissions and even deleted them forever from the trash. Yet it is still saying I am over the quota and my form is inaccessible.

    Hello @DeBord,

    Thank you for contacting Jotform Support.

    In order to clear up the upload space on your account, you do need to delete and purge those submissions that are holding uploads. I can see that you have already done this on your account, however, the account is still flagged as "over quota".

    I went ahead and cleared your form caches and I refreshed your upload counter and I can see that the count has now gone down by a lot. You are no longer in over your quota. Sometimes, it just needs to be refreshed on our end in order for the counter to reset.
