I need help help with a form

I want to put in some kind of check to make sure no one orders more pens than they have earned...so that I don't have to check it manually and refund money.

I was able to create a product list where they choose themselves and it automatically orders the number of pens they earned, but some may not want to order them all, so this won't work. https://form.jotform.com/210414941431142

I am not sure if I am understanding your inquiry correctly. Can you please elaborate on what kind of check you want to add to your form?

I have reviewed the form you shared and I can see that you are allowing your users to select the number of products that they want. in the Product List field. This should allow them to select any of the options.

If the user does not want to order too many products, they can select a lower quantity or they can select none at all. However, please note that it is not possible to manipulate the Product list field with the form conditions.

Your only option would be to instruct your users to only select the amount of product they want to order. And if the order needs to change, then, you will need to edit the submissions manually.
