You suspended my account

    I'm having trouble logging in. I don't know if it is the wrong user name or password. I've tried recovering my password but I am not receiving any emails from you. I need to get into my account asap as I have a form on my website that is now disabled for some reason.

    Your account has been suspended due to the form "ONLINE PAYMENT FORM" where you have credit card fields, kindly note that asking for this kind of information through plain text fields is not allowed and it's required to use a payment field instead, this guide will provide you more details about our payment processing apps: https://www.jotform.com/help/323-mastering-payment-form-integrations-with-jotform

    Now, in order to reactivate your account we will need to delete the guilty fields, kindly confirm, so we can proceed.

    Ok, I didn't know you had a form that let me collect cc info but process it later. I am the middleman and I do not process the credit cards directly. I use the suppliers to process credit cards.

    I have shortened my "In Office" hours for the holiday season.
    I am physically in my office from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
    I do check my email all day until around 7:00 PM Monday thru Friday.
    Voicemails do come to my email so if you call please leave a voicemail.
