How to remove Submit button from a field?

I am building a form that has paragraphs with instructions and I do not want the form to be submitted if they get to that paragraph (because they need to go back and follow instructions), can I remove the submit button so the form is not submitted?

It's the card form layout. There's no option to remove the submit button in it. It is always at the last field. I would suggest setting up a logic that would disable the Submit Button based on the selection in the form.
