Trying to add these checked marked options to the type of repair column

hello, i am trying to add these checked marked options to the type of repair column

on one side i exported it but it didnt let me delete the letters that are on gray areas, now i was able to delete it but it didnt add the boxes we can check mark to make it more precise.
