Hello, I created a form to allow for 23 persons to be booked for each time slot. The time slots did not over book but did not fill up each time slot. Can you please review the reasons why and let me know so I can maybe fix. Thank you.

Unfortunately, due to HIPAA restrictions, we can't view and check your submissions.
Can you please confirm that not all 23 slots are taken in each appointment?
I can't see that the appointment fields are already closed for appointments.

Hi, thank you for getting back to us.
I've checked your appointment settings, and it seems to be set up correctly to accept 23 appointments.
Could you please check if there are any deleted submissions in the trashed entries? Please note that the appointment slots from the deleted submissions are still counted. I would suggest permanently remove the deleted submissions so the appointment slots will be free up.

Hi. I'm having the same problems. I have ten slots every ten minutes for a total of 90 slots. However, it is closing out at 80 slots. It looks like a couple of the times slots will have 3 instead of the ten slots filled. When someone clicks to fill an appointment slot, how long does it keep it for them? Could this be a problem with someone having a widow open and has a slot click on but hasn't registered?

Ps. I cloned my forms in order to have a second set of forms for another group and it appears that they are sharing the appointment slots, instead of splitting them (the parent for seems to be, the child form isn't as far as I can tell, however it is somewhat uneven).

I've cloned your form, and it seems that time slot is set up to every 15 minutes in the form: 210174610650141, is it because f what you are describing here: the parent for seems to be, the child form isn't as far as I can tell, however, it is somewhat uneven).
Can you please share the URL of the form you have cloned and a screenshot of your time slot, so we can better understand your issue?

This is a screen shot showing the appointment set ups.
This is the sign up list. As you can see, although the 12:50 is suppose to
have 10 slots, it is only allowing three to be used. I don't know what that
is.

I was not able to replicate the issue I clone the form I can see all the time slots. See the picture here:
Can you please try to change the Timezone to see if it makes a difference?

I did an initial form. I had 9 time slots allowing 10 patients per slot. It
is only allowing 80 people to sign up. A couple of the time slots are
capping at 3 people instead of the ten. It doesn't show any further
appointment slots even though there should be some.
I was only suggesting that the cloning could contribute, but I don't think
it is what is causing the problem.
