I accidentally deleted a large section of a form and can't find it. Is it still available somewhere?

You could recover the version of your form with the information that you had mistakenly deleted like so:

Click on the green, circular arrow beneath the form title in the Form Builder:

Then, you can select the version you'd like to recover and click REVERT:

You can also view the Revision history from your form dashboard. Beside the form you'd like to view the revision history of, click the More dropdown and select Revision History:

Then, select the version you want to revert the form to on the left hand side and then click Revert to this version on the right hand side:
