Problem with displaying change in theme in card form

    Hi.

    1. I created a few card forms, and I want them to have my brand colors.

I created custom colors and saved them as a new theme.

While editing the form, the brand colors appear as they should.

However, the published form shows the default colors, not the ones of my custom theme.

Can you please tell me what to do to fix this?

    2. I created a seminar registration form and integrated it with stripe.

    The sandbox mode worked.

However, clients complained that they could not complete their purchase.

Are there any known issues with your stripe integration?

    3. Can you please add the ability for clients to be able to choose between stripe and paypal, without having to do the workaround with the 3 forms?

I think that since multiple payment options are known to increase conversions, many of your customers will appreciate this.

    4. Is there a form element that can be used so that people can rate something from e.g. 1 to 10, using a slider?

    5. Can I change my JotForm main email?

    6. Can my published forms appear in my own domain, instead of yours?

I used my personal email when I created my account, and I would prefer to receive form submissions in my business email.

    Thank you in advance,

    - Charalampos

For your first concern, we would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, it might be possible that the theme you applied was not loaded due to cache issues and it might be fixed if we try to clear your account's form cache on our end. Kindly let us know the form you are having the issue you described and we will be glad to check it for you. Kindly tell us also the custom theme you saved and describe the color that should have been applied to your form after you applied it.

As for your other concerns, I have moved them to new tickets considering your other questions are about different topics.

    Thanks Mike.

The name of the form is "Test Questions Card Form".

For the Theme colors, please see the following 2 screenshots:

I have checked the form you have mentioned on my end and the styles you have set seem to be showing correctly.

If that isn't what is showing on your end, may I suggest that you try clearing your web browser's cache and then check your form again, please?

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
