I am going to lose my client if you cant get this fixed. It has happened at least 5 times this week. What is happening? Please help me!

Let me forward this issue to our developers so they can check it further. Once we have any updates, we will let you know.
We also receive multiple reports about the 504 error issue from our HIPAA account users. We already alerted our developers.
